We value the protection of your privacy and are fully transparent about how we handle data. The website uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics. The apps do not collect any data.

Reikihanden.be — website
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily submit through the contact form. This includes:

No tracking cookies other than Google Analytics (see section 6) are placed on this website.
Reiki Timer — mobile app
✦ This app collects no personal data whatsoever. The app works fully offline, requires no account, and stores no data outside your own device.
Reiki Timer has no access to your location, contacts, camera, or other sensitive functions of your device.
ScanSell — mobile app
✦ This app collects no personal data. ScanSell is a local point-of-sale system that stores stock and sales exclusively on your own device. No data is sent to external servers.
All data you enter into ScanSell remains local on your device and is never shared with third parties.
What do we use your data for?
The data you submit via the contact form on reikihanden.be is used exclusively to respond to your question or appointment request. We do not use your data for commercial purposes, newsletters, or profiling.
The apps Reiki Timer and ScanSell process no personal data and fall outside the scope of data processing.
How long do we retain your data?
Contact data submitted via reikihanden.be is not retained longer than necessary to answer your question. Once your message has been handled, the data is deleted.
The apps Reiki Timer and ScanSell store no data on external servers. Local app data on your device can be removed by deleting the app.
Is your data shared?
We do not share your personal data with third parties, with the exception of Formspree — the service we use to process the contact form on reikihanden.be. Formspree processes your data solely to forward the message to us. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io.
We also use Google Analytics to anonymously collect visitor statistics (see section 6).
